"The room was ckean, the bed was firm and very comfortable. Wifi was decent. Breakfast was nice, but lacked gluten-free options. The floor in our room was heated, which was a big plus as it was winter. "

"Staff makes you feel really welcome (thanks João and Douglas, among others). Great to have free parking so close to Capivary Center! Breakfast is very good and varied even if not exactly mindblowing. Acoustic isolation is not great and you can hear other guests and housecleaning often. Room is good although not luxurious. No power outlets near beds (there's only one used for the lamp) is a major inconvenience."

Só 2 pontos que destaco que podia melhorar: colocação de um Blackout junto à parede para não deixar nenhum vão de iluminação como acontece no momento; e o outro ponto é a instalação de um ar condicionado. Estas faltas não tiram todo o encantamento do hotel."
