"Very nice visit and would definately return however I booked a lake view room and did not receive a room with a lake view. "

"Hotel is under construction so most of the stairwells and elevators are closed resulting in a very long walk to our room. The one working elevator got stuck twice during our stay which was unpleasant and stressful. The hotel doesn’t begin serving breakfast or their complimentary coffee until 7am, which was after we needed to leave for our event. They do have coffee pods and powdered non-dairy creamer in the room though. The staff were pleasant during check in."

"There was no free parking and the building was so loud. Being on Main Street, we expected ‘loud’ on the street, but we could hear every step the people above us made in their room, as well as the conversations being had in the room next door to us."

"Clean, staff was limited and okay, didn’t really tell you about the property or what was/wasn’t available. Kitchenware (pans pots, etc) was extremely old/worn and limited. Thought I rented a lake-view unit but was not and there was no explanation of how they chose the unit I was in. Would like book direct next time to avoid the surprise."
