As soon as we entered the room, we notified the front desk about the issue with the TV. The staff at the front desk responded in a very nonchalant and passive-aggressive manner.
The maintenance person said they would take a look at the TV, but they chose to do so at 12:30 in the morning, while my wife and I were trying to sleep. This raised significant safety concerns for us. When I reported this issue to the front desk, they didnโt seem to recognize the problem. As a result, I will never stay at another Best Western again.
