"Great hotel for a short stay. The room was clean and everything was functional. Loved that we got clean towels daily. Breakfast was great. Everything was well stocked in the breakfast room. The perk for us was the nightly manager's reception where we enjoyed two free drinks in the spacious dining/lounge area. We'll definitely come back to thie place with our kids. "

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty, had pee on the toilet, a KFC cup, and old tips in the room when we checked in. The staff took on average 20-25 minutes to come to the desk when I needed help, the breakfast was stale bagels, and old cereal with no milk. The staff was zero help. I tried to leave early but they refused to refund. Absolutely disgusting, STAY AWAY!"

"Comfortable quiet "

"It was a horrible experience! 1.) No Shampoo or soap in the shower (after advertising it) Was anyone filling or cleaning??? 2.) Advertised Breakfast Buffet when they offer one waffle iron, that needs to be replaced, only dry oatmeal, cold cereal, bread and bagels 3.) Advertised a smoke free room when my window was wide open (assuming someone smoked there before I had the room) and it was FREEZING 4.) on the last day, had to climb up and down the stairway to load my 5 full bags and buggy. "

"The rooms were terrible "

"Exhaust fan falling off the wall and baseboard in the bathroom fell off. Pubic hair on the wall in the shower. Chunks of something behind the beds on the wall towards the ceiling. Bubbles in hot tub had black specks so we couldnt even use it. Family of 6 kids stood in front of the breakfast bar for 25 min so we couldnt even eat breakfast. Is a great location and center to everything and staff was polite"
