The location of the Lucien Hanoi Lakeside was good as it was close to the lake but also close to many shops and eating spots. Even more important, the staff at the Lucien Hanoi Lakeside were terrific. Grace the sales manager, and Anna at the front desk were both very helpful and gracious. The daily breakfast was very good, offering such a good variety of options with lots of vegetarian options was great. And their staff, especially Hueng, was terrific. We had a really nice stay at the hotel and would return again.

amazing and super location, right in the heart of old quarters Hanoi. limited windows but everything else make it up. Staff , Katie, go way beyond their expected services to help. it was great
