We had an amazing experience staying at this resort. Rooms were super clean and as nice as the pictures, staff was super friendly and helpful, and the food is amazing. There is a lot to do since the hotel is part of Crossroads. Lots of restaurants and activities. A dream coming true!

10/10 would recommend! Let me also say top 2 employees here is Amal and Johnny, they are amazing and the best. Always smiling and that will get you far in life and their hospitality is amazing. We also met Fuad while doing excursions and he was excellent also, he guided us and took care of us the whole way. Nahum and Rahul were also good at SAii pool bar. But no one can beat Amal and Johnny in the Buggies. But thank you Hard rock for an amazing stay! It was great and beautiful. The food is also amazing.

Everything went smooth from airport pick up to check in and being taken to our overwater villa. Impeccable service by a very friendly staff made our stay memorable for life! Great fun with the bikes which gave easy access to the gym, activities and many restaurant options. The facilities at the Hard Rock hotel were amazing, we stayed in the Gold Villa with a private pool, which lead to the ocean. Calm seas. The choices and quality of the restaurants was very good. We particularly loved the beach club in the Marina, which had a swim up bar and poolside restaurant.

Lovely water bungalow. Water is crystal clear. Enjoyed the dine around option. (Choose buffet or any 3 courses from the restaurants à la carte menu) the Hard Rock Cafe was great and so was the seafood buffet. Loved the bikes and riding to the marina. Free pedalo and kayaking every day. Also lovely guys helping me in and out of the sea The guys running the garden coral snorkeling are fab- we got lucky and saw a turtle and dolphins. Wasn’t fish soup but there was a selection of different fish Gentleman who checked me out was superb. (Sorry didn’t catch your name) 10/10 for service and politeness. Goes above and beyond. Thank you Hira the singer was lovely and has great energy The guys and gal doing the dancing and fire show - amazing energy and smiles

We stayed in platinum overwater with pool. This is one of the best places we have visited. The staff were welcoming. We would like to thank Johnny, buggy driver, he was awesome. The all inclusive options were great. We liked the different dining options. We liked the Hard Rock Cafe for entertainment. Loved Miss Olive Oyl for the food and the view. The staff was great. Bikes are available free of charge and the snorkeling gear. We saw stingrays, black tip sharks (small ones) and different types of fish around the water by our room. They even had cake and nonalcoholic bubly for our early anniversary. I would go back again.

Property it self was nice, not the nicest beaches but they were ok! Saii Lagoon next to it Had Best beaches which they share and you can go as well, Bufete its a no no! we ate at Terra Mar which was much better! bartenders at pool side Suck! hard to get a drink on pool side they are not on top of it! multiple times i waited for a while before anyone even look back! they had music playing so they couldnt hear me, other ppl had same issue we just waited until someone looked back! managers need to look in to this issue! not selling liquor = losing money + unhappy cistumer

Beautiful resort Excellent staff who go a long way to try and make your stay special - shout out to Patham who was lovely Could do with a few more vegetarian options in some of the restaturants We had a wonderful stay overall
