"The suite was very nice and clean! We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony which was amazing! The area had many different restaurants, food trucks, excuse and experiences on the boardwalk which made the trip even better. All the staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly except one woman at the front desk she was very rude from the first day we checked in throughout our stay whenever we called the front desk for information but we didn’t allow her negativity to ruin our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend and will return if we take a vacation to Destin again."

"The room was outdated and could use some refreshing. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The pillows weren’t much better. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff so I can’t really say they were good or bad. Housekeeping was good - we had fresh towels daily. The pool area was very crowded and only one pool was useable due to it being pretty cold (no fault to the hotel - weather was on the chilly side and its early march). Overall the hotel was okay, I just don’t think it was worth the amount we paid to stay there. The beach access was the best part of the stay but it’s not private and got fairly crowded during the peak of day. "

"I liked the room, the bed was very nice I had a very good sleep! When we open the room door my husband saw a cockroach and without I see he killed and told me just after check out. Breakfast is very simple, staff friendly and nice location."
