The only thing I didn’t like was that you could hear your neighbors tv dog barking and voices. Other than that I liked it. Great lobby

I was pretty disappointed with my stay at the Mining Exchange. We were not offered a room upgrade and in fact we were put into a handicapable access room that I did not want nor did I ask for. The hotel charged me for a resort fee even though Expedia said all the fees were included. It was $27. There were absolutely no resort amenities as the spa is under renovation. The soaps in the room smell like really cheap cologne. It’s pretty awful. The conditioner has “Cilantro” as its fragrance. Who picked this stuff? It’s pretty bad. I found a hair in my bagel in the morning while trying to eat breakfast at Blk Magic. The staff were very apologetic. It was pretty nasty. I was very underwhelmed with the hotel overall.

Property is exceptional. However, our room, 421, was unacceptable for the cost. It was very small and connected to a larger suite where the noise carried. We wanted to change rooms, but the hotel was at full capacity. The manager comped us for breakfast. He also recommended we book a club room in the future, much closer to the main building. Dinner in the Grand View was okay foodwise and the entree choices were limited. My wife's steak had much gristle and not much taste. The stunning views made up for it. Service for both dinner and breakfast was excellent; servers and staff are well trained and professional. We do plan to go back and will book a better room next time.

Mountain View was fantastic

Amazing stay! Easy to book and check in. My family of 5 booked the two bedroom suite and it was top notch, from the space, cleanliness, quality brand toiletries we just absolutely loved it and would 100% book again. Breakfast bar was great and had amazing views while eating in the patio. 10/10 recommend
