L’exterieur est très joli mais quelle déception dès que l’on rentre. Le style n’a plus rien à voir. L’hôtel aurait besoin d’un bon coup de rafraîchissement.

Une belle adresse, une jolie façade mais un intérieur et un confort d'une autre époque. Chambre sonore (tv des voisins), petit volume, sdb minuscule. Mérite 1 étoile tout au plus.

A ne pas recommander

Chambre propre mais vraiment besoin d'un rafraichissement et y compris la salle de bain au plus vite. Les escaliers ont de la moquette, l'aspirateur n'était pas passé ou peut être tot le matin ??? Ce qui m'étonne puisque nous y avons dormi et le lendemain matin nous n'avons pas entendu l'aspirateur sur la moquette des escaliers !!! A 10h je suis descendue prendre le petit déjeuner la responsable parlait au téléphone dans la descente des escaliers et n'a pas pu répondre a mon bonjour. Le petit déjeuner : croissant et pain au chocolat acheté en grande surface (j'ai vu la boite), le panetone et les pains au lait et la brioche, idem en grande surface. Le jus d'orange c'était en bouteille et non du maison comme le jus de pomme. Il y avait des yaourt, corn flakes, beurre et confiture et une corbeille de fruit. La responsable ne nous pas fait ni un sourire, ni demandé si nous avions bien dormi mais c'était pareil pour les autres clients. L'extérieur de l'hotel n'est pas entretenu. DOMMAGE L'HOTEL EST BIEN SITUE MAIS NE DONNE PAS ENVIE DE RESTER.... MEME DE REVENIR....

Chambre vétuste et ménage/services à revoir

Tout d'abord la chambre n'est pas fonctionnelle (la serrure n'est pas refaite, la baignoire est une baignoire d'enfants, le mitigeur est difficile à actionner, des ampoules hors service). Le ménage est bâclé. Le savon n'est pas remplacé et doublé car c'est une chambre double, idem pour les serviettes. Le lit est trop dur. La télé est par contre assez grande et c'est un écran plat.

personne å la reception à mon arrivée à 21 h (reçu comme convenu code porte et numéro chambre par SMS). Chambre minuscule, plus que défraîchie, sans place pour circuler même pour 1 seule personne, on se retrouve presque coincé dans les toilettes en fermant la porte, petit écran TV, mais pas de télécommande et personne à qui demander. Bref, NUL, même sans être difficile.

This hotel is a basic family hotel. Bedrooms are simple and clean, the bathroom contains a bath/shower. You can take a breakfast in the morning (coffee/fruit/yoghurt/croissant) for €8. Free Wi-Fi. It is a fine 2 star hotel - just do not expect anything more than what a 2 star hotel can provide. The owner welcomes you nicely and the other guests were all very polite and respectful. The hotel is close to the center of Enghien and close to the lake - 5-10 min walk.

Friendly clean budget hotel

Nice budget hotel, very friendly and helpfull staff, nice local area with shopping and lake, restaurants and take-aways, room is moderate size but clean, quiet and good bed. All-in-all very good for the price.

L'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Néanmoins le confort n'est pas le point fort. C'est très simple ! Rapport qualité prix : BOF de chez BOF ! J'ai connu mieux ! J'y retournerai pas sauf s'il y a des améliorations au niveau confort, décoration....

첫날 안락함

Désagréablement déçu!

Réservation par expédia sans problème, par contre la gestion des réservations est nulle à l'hôtel. Notre chambre était occupée à notre arrivée à 2h00 du matin !! Scandaleux!!
