The hotel is being renovated, so some parts of the building are temporarily unavailable. Other than that, the hotel is wonderful, and the staff is extremely friendly. The town is beautiful and very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our special requests were dealt with promptly. The staff were very helpful and we really appreciated the elevator. We enjoyed our breakfasts at the hotel and were pleased to discover meals at the nearby brew pub. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well-appointed. The absolute best though was when we couldn’t get a taxi, reception called the hotel owner who drove us to our next destination - above and beyond good service!!

Room seemed clean enough but not well appointed. The extra twin bed had only a sheet on it with no bedspread, didn’t appear to be decorated. Room felt stark and didn’t feel comfortable and homey. There was a standalone air conditioner with ductwork installed thru wall. I haven’t seen that before. Use elevator that is a bit slow because stairway is vintage and treacherous. On a positive note, our group of 10 arrived late in the evening due to transportation delays and staff member contacted us and waited for us. However, they shortly left because hotel is not manned in the evening.

Hotel im Umbau, man sollte keine Menschen unterbringen. Am frühen Morgen begannen schon Bauarbeiten. Frau an Rezeption super herablassend und unfreundlich. Bettwäsche dreckig nachdem wir nach neuer gefragt haben hat sie uns nochmal dreckige gebracht und beim erneuten fragen hat sie wieder sehr unfreundlich und genervt gewirkt, letztendlich war der Bezug wieder dreckig.

All’arrivo il personale è stato molto sgorbutico e poco cortese. Ci è stata assegnata una camera in cui si moriva di caldo (33 gradi! Area condizionata presente solo nelle aree comuni). Nel pomeriggio abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera alla ragazza in reception che contrariamente a quella presente al mattino, è stata molto gentile assegnandoci un’altra camera al primo piano molto più fresca di quella precedente. Pro: posizione, ragazza giovane alla reception molto gentile Contro: tutto il resto. Non mi spiego come possa essere un 4 stelle

Kamer was schoon en netjes. Het is alleen echt heel erg gehorig. Mijn kamer lag aan de straatkant en daar komt tot 3 uur jeugd langs op weg naar huis met een hoop gebrul en herrie. Toen ik om 4 uur eindelijk kon slapen ging er om 07:45 uur het alarm af. Dit bleek een storing te zijn maar info kregen we niet echt omdat er maar 1 persoon aanwezig was. Het alarm bleef ruim 30 minuten loeien. Dus om nu te zeggen dat ik uitgerust thuis kwam nee. Ontbijt buffet was ok maar niet spectaculair. De locatie is uitstekend. Vlakbij het station en centrum. Kamer was voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Maar een kamer aan de straat is geen aanrader. Zeker in de zomer niet er is geen airco en de zon staat er de hele dag op dus je moet je raam dan wel open hebben.
