"This house is beautiful and immaculate and the owner had thought of everything for all ages from high chairs and travel cots to a shower seat in the walk-in shower. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish. "Our room wasn't cleaned for 4 days even after speaking to Management, no clean towels, toilet rolls, teas made stuff, nothing, bin not emptied either. We wer told it was because of Covid 19. "These cottages are actually 3 bedroom houses with a great enclosed garden to the rear. Disabled access to the downstairs bathroom and bedroom and two big bedrooms upstairs. "Stairs challenging with my luggage. I have fallen a few times recently, so not the best but it was good exercise! Hotel was quiet with beautiful surroundings. The drive there was magnificent! Breakfast was very good. We don’t drink wine often but it sure helped my sore legs!! "
