"Amazing view and excellent service The hotel offers a stunning view of Yokohama. The staff were very kind and attentive - even though the system was down and the check-in took a bit longer, they kindly offered us a complimentary drink while we waited. The amenities were of high quality and overall, it was a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Awesome area and hotel"

"Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day."
