Very disappointing stay. The hotel is old and not clean. The service was very poor and the staff were not helpful or friendly. The rooms were very small and uncomfortable. There was not enough seating space in the lobby. The car park entrance was extremely narrow and it was very difficult to drive in and out. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I would not stay here again.

Parking was vol. Werkzaamheden rond het hotel maakten parkeren ingewikkeld. In de bar was om half tien de rode wijn op. Dat was een grote teleurstelling. De toiletten in de kelder waren overstroomd en er hing een onaangename geur. Voor een tweepersoonsbed bleken we te moeten bijbetalen.

I stayed in a "business plus" room. It was a nice size, but the TV is small, only 1 pillow is provided (and it's tiny), the duvet is 2/3 the size of the bed and there is no iron in the room. The breakfast is OK at best. It is very clean, the rooms are quiet, the staff are wonderful and the location is great. But I do not think that I will stay here again.

breakfast was nothing special. Scrambled eggs were powder and tasted very bad. Juice was watered down concentrate. bottom of shower door was torn where rubber is to keep out water... could not close the door. could hear every footstep of room above.

Poor heating in the room and toilet. outside temperature was at 0 deg celcius so heating definitely needs to improve. Fortunately hot water supply was good. Under the blanket was sufficiently was but blanket was very small considering the queen sized bed.blanket was smaller than the bed actually. Breakfast was pretty good, just the same dishes everyday. Location is good.

Fint hotel, boede på 9. etage med en rigtig flot udsigt. Enschede er en dejlig by med masser af liv. Hotelværelset var rummeligt med et fint badeværelse i almindelig standard. Sengene var en smule hårde, og loftet i entreen var under renovering, men ikke færdigt – det manglede maling. Ellers var alt i orden. Morgenmaden var som forventet og levede op til standarden. Beliggenheden i forhold til by og transport er super god og meget nem.

My experience at this hotel was a bit mixed. I was very happy the first time I stayed here about 10 years ago, but my most recent visit unfortunately was not quite as good. My room had an electrical problem which resulted in me having to switch rooms late at night, and I was placed in the handicapped room due to availability issues. My friend's room had a fairly severe plumbing leak in the washroom. Maintenance and quality control could use some improvement. Breakfast was great, and the location of the hotel is perfect if one wants to visit the town of Enschede.

A localização é muito boa, porém o que é cobrado pela estadia não reflete nas condições do quarto. O lençol tinha vários fios de cabelo, o lençol e o travesseiro tinham um odor acentuado de suor. As paredes sujas (coisa simples de limpar com uma bucha e sabão).
