Very comfortable hotel. I actually left something in the room, called and it was at the front desk as soon as I returned. Staff was friendly.

I really like how nice the room was and comfy the bed, pillow and sheets were. It was really nice to see great quality dove brand products in the bathroom! I really love the suite room with the mini kitchen!

The hotel room was really nice, as well as the hotel in general! The only problem was the elevators were admittedly pretty dirty, idk if they've been cleaned in a while :/ The staff is nice and the hotel is right behind a really nice restaurant.

Decent place

Not a bad place, pool was nice. Room wasn't totally ready when we got there, they gave me the key the door was open the TV was on and there were coffee grounds in the sink, I thought they'd given me the wrong room. I went downstairs and they said oh no just the cleaning supervisor hadn't gone through for a final check yet. Elevator was a little slow, actually couldn't get it to come in the morning, turns out the cleaning staff had stopped it or locked it or something to get their carts in and out. A reservation said check out was noon but they told us it was 11 I'm not sure if that's a hotels.com problem or the hotel itself.

The desk clerk was so very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. We made a last minute reservation through Travelocity because we were fleeing hurricane Helene. I have stayed in "extended stay" type hotels before, but this one was THE best equipped ever! The room was clean and I enjoyed the fitness room. There were a couple of very minor plumbing issues (wobbly faucet and toilet flapper valve). I did inform the desk of those issues as we checked out. They weren't bad enough to interfere with our stay. If I am back in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

I liked all of the staff they were wonderful. I just had a few things wrong with the room. My fridge was not working, phone in room did not work, and the pots and pans were put away dirty. Not enough dinnerware for 2. But got my refrigerator replaced but the ice maker still didn’t work so I had to walk to a gas station for Ice. Loved free washers and dryers for guests. And I can’t say enough about the great friendly staff.

Our stay (2 adults 2 kids) was decent overall. Check-in was at 3 pm. We called at 11am to see if early check-in was available, and after 45 minutes trying to connect to someone we gave up - this hotel does not answer the phone. However, at 12pm our card was charged for the stay. We decided to drive to the hotel to see if the stay was ready; they confirmed that even though we’ve already been charged, the room is not ready. It was also unclear why no one was answering the phone as the hotel was not busy. The room was a fair size, but the towels were not clean. We would not stay again, but it was ok for a one night stay.

I really wouldn’t recommend staying here. I had a unique experience, but that doesn’t excuse other issues with this hotel. 1. Halfway through my week’s stay, I had 3 cockroaches in my room, exploring and climbing, which is absolutely unacceptable on the third floor of a hotel. Big credit to the hotel staff who got me set up with a new room and purposefully put me entirely across the hotel, which made me feel better. 2. The level of “dirty” which is consistent throughout the hotel just isn’t great. The lobby is fine because it usually always is, but once in the room itself, dirty, sticky floors, a level of grime around all edges, broken or dirty door handles, janky chair at the desk, it just all felt kind of uncared for, like the bare minimum amount of cleaning is done and that’s it. The bed sheets were clean and so were the towels though. 3. The snack shop in the lobby had a handful of expired last year food. Respectfully, how do you not realize a pack of Skittles or M&M’s expired last year?? The staff was the best part of this whole experience. From checking in to switching rooms to getting towels, everyone was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. They all deserve extra credit. cockroaches in the room isn’t a common occurrence, I’m sure, but it still happened regardless, which made my experience much worse than it already was.
