“Wish I booked elsewhere. Not sure about the overall ratings Expedia shows for this place. Check-in: Waited 10 minutes or more. Cost is unrefundable. Needed a 2nd night stay without knowing the dread. Re-entry into hotel was controlled by a button at the check-in counter but staff were hardly there. Value: Not worth it. Paid more for 2nd night. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain.
