Note that there is no parking at the hotel - just to the side of the entrance to the town there is a long wall with free parking spaces along it. Depending on which space you get it is between 5 and 15 minutes walk to the hotel. There is no reception either, you have to speak to the guy in the shop and he will take you to...

"Wonderful property. Very pleasant setting. Only 20 minutes from there center of Bordeaux. HOWEVER, do NOT try to drive to Bordeaux from this hotel. It took me more than one hour because of the horrible traffic, the oneway streets, the street closures, etc.. even with Gps.Likewise for returning to the hotel from the city center"
