"The breakfast was great. everything was hot and fresh, I was looking for hot chocolate since it was only 29 degrees this morning and didn't see any but that's ok it was discurage me from staying there again. the room was very clean, smelled great, and the bed was very comfortable. everyone was friendly and very helpful. great place to stay"

"One night was way too short of a stay. The last we were in town and stayed here it was for 3 nights and it was the perfect amount of time. Clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom the towels smelled so clean and fresh! Eat at both places, the fine dining and the pub. Food was delicious. Definitely my preferred choice for lodging in Lititz. Walking distance to many cute shops and places to eat. Love that you have a designated parking spot, so once you park, essentially you don’t have to drive anywhere. "

"The room was great. Reasonably priced for the quality room. The staff was underwhelming. No one answered the phone at the front desk after dinner. Housekeeping did clean, but did not leave clean coffee mugs, which was disappointing. The spa staff was very nice and welcoming. "
