Clean, and new. Room was spacious for a family of 4. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Otto and Yoga. Pool was clean and refreshing. Plenty of parking.

The entry area and lobby were nice and clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, there was a odor in my room that smelled musty and damp and it made the room uncomfortable. Other than that, it's an average hotel and fine for those traveling on a budget.

This was a last minute stop during our travels and for the bill for what we needed. Way to access from the interstate with a lot of options for food and fuel made this stop a no brained. Staff was extremely friendly both during Check in and out. We opted for the Kinh standard room and the standard was what we got. No real frill in the room. It could have been nice to have chairs in the room other than the bed and the little marshmallow for the desk chair was a joke. Overall it wasn’t bad for an overnight stay but not a place I would base out of for working in the area for a week.

Beds were comfortable and clean, staff was friendly. It was a no frills goodnight sleep. Surrounding area was safe and well appointed. Our only complaint is that the “breakfast” is primarily a yogurt bar and various breads , plus hard boiled eggs. Luckily there are other breakfast restaurants in the area.

This hotel is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and Splash Lagoon. It’s only about 20 minutes from Presque Isle beaches. Our one big complaint is there’s no ramp or handicap access at the one end. We had to lift our luggage and other belongings over the curb. We were able to, but we saw an elderly couple having problems and went and helped them. That should be done immediately in my book!

Weed smell! Loitering people smoking for well over 6 hours in the parking lot. Staff smoked cigarettes right outside main doors and smelled like smoke wherever they were. Room FANTASTIC!! Comfy! Great location. Just smoking issues as I’m allergic. I reported to staff members multiple times.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very nice and updated. I was traveling with two kids and they absolutely loved the pool and breakfast. My only negative was that in the middle of the night someone walked into our room because they were assigned it even tho we were there. They did offer complimentary snacks for the kids but after that I really didn’t sleep much that night I was a mom traveling alone with my daughter and her friend.i didn’t deadbolt the door because we had friends next door.
