Not a good choice

The hotel seems very weird in the middle of nothing out of the city centre. The room is very big but the decoration is old and we didn't feel clean and comfartable. Bathroom is not good too. Not a good choice for money. There are much better ootions at the city centre.

Everything was great. Only heat temprature isnot adjustable, it was reaaly hot in the eoom. Changed 3 tshirts in 1 night.

Otellerde kullanılabilirlik çok önemli , Borapark’da banyo dizaynı ve malzeme ve tesisat oldukça kalitesiz, pis su kokusu hakim, malzemeler beyaz vştrifiye yerine temizliği göstermeyen kırmızı seçilmiş , oda konforlu ama kullanım rahatlığından çok süsleme ön planda. İyi bir işletme matığı ve biraz renovasyon ile çok iyi bir duruma gelebilir.

Hotel is clean and functional. Staff where helpful. Not much English language spoken but no problem. Breakfast was terrible even by Turkish standards so we left and had breakfast somewhere else

Misafirim için yaptığım Rezervasyon bilgisinde ücreti peşin olarak alındı iadesi olmadığı söylendi ödemeyi yaptık ancak misafirden ayrıca bir ücret daha talep edilmiş ve ikinci bir ödeme daha yapıldı. Ben önerdiğim otel için misafirime yaptığım rezervasyonda mahcup duruma düşmem sebebiyle hiç bir şekilde memnun kalamadık. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşın ödemeyi göremediği polemiğine girmesi deluxe oda rezervasyonu yapmamıza rağmen standart oda vermesi bütün hizmet kalitesinin ne kadar berbat olduğunu gösteriyor. Bir daha acentanızı da tercih asla etmicez.sizi de sosyal medyadan tercih edilmemesi için herkese söylicez.

Temiz, Sıcak, Şık, Konforlu ve Kolay Ulaşımlı

Erzurum'da dağdakiler haricinde(onlar hakkında pek bilgim yok) kalınabilecek en iyi otel. Otelin içi sıcak, temiz ve oldukça konforlu, kendi eviniz gibi rahat. Dizayn olarakta odalar gerçekten güzel tasarlanmış. Otopark problemi yok. Özellikle şehir dışından gelenler şehir merkezi ile aradaki uzaklığı hiç problem etmesinler. Şehir merkezinden özel araç ile ulaşım ortalama 8-10 dakika sürüyor ve büyük şehirlerdeki problemlere göre bu hiç birşey değil. Erzurum seyehatlerimde istisnasız tek kaldığım yer Bora Park.

Mooi nieuw appartementen hotel met zwembad binnen

Het is een mooi appartementen hotel met een restaurant waarbij we ondanks de ramadan vanaf de kaart een menu konden uitkiezen, ze waren er heel vriendelijk en deden hun best om alles voor je te doen. Het hotel is nieuw en ligt in een woonwijk er moet nog wel veel aan de afwerking worden gedaan, en een minpuntje is een kleine badkamer ten opzichte van de rest van het appartement. Dit kan een stuk ruimer worden.
