Boa ocalização. Zona Central/pedonal de Andorra La Velha. Já é asegunda vez que fico neste hotel. Simpatia geral do staff. Limpeza muito boa. Regressarei.

The only issue with this hotel is there is no air conditioner, it was very hot and the hotel is on a Main Street so there is a lot of noise until very late at night.

Good choice
The hotel is not one of the newest ones I’ve ever stayed but everything is well maintained. Staff was helpful, the room was clean, and it is very close to the city centre of Andorra la Vella. It worths the money we paid.

Great central spot in escaldes, large family rooms
Everything was perfect, huge family room with plenty of space for the four of us, modern and clean. Breakfast was simple but nice. Not given 5 for comfort as the room doesn’t have a/c (fine during our stay but maybe too hot in summer) and the breakfast could be a bit more varied (more fruit options would be great). Staff were really lovely and attentive.

Hotel was very good the last time I was there but it has changed a lot Wen you book this hotel be warned do not take a room inside for €6 more you will have air conditioning and be able to sleep

A Great HOTEL
We enjoyed our evening stroll. Hotel is in a great location. We felt safe and welcome. My wish is that WIFI will be accessible in all the rooms and not only in the cateteria and reception area.

Nice convenient Cafe on ground floor. Strategic location in tax-free shopping zone. Lowest hotel price at €30 in Vella capitol. Smoke alarm had flashing red lights that prevented proper rest. Mgt. called police when I disconnected alarm. They kicked me out after a few days saying the entire hotel was booked for weekend. Price went from €30 to €78 online.

Nice stop in the heart of Andorra
perfect location. comfort hotel. reception was polite and correct. the hotel accepts dogs but! at breakfast I had to argue with the waitress as my dog is too big! what a nonsense, you wouldn't exclude someone because he/she is too tall or large!!? anyway my dog behaved perfectly and did not disturbed at all. (funnily enough, later in the day I saw the very same waitress petting a big dog sitting in the hotel café, mmmmmm, interesting!) rooms are clean and comfortable. restaurant in front, was excellent and also accept well behaved dogs :)

A good place to stay at while in Andorra!
If you ever want to go to the little country of Andorra,this hotel is good, because it is cheap, right in the middle of the city and has a great breakfast. The only bad thing was that they pushed two small beds together to make a queen sized bed and it was uncomfortable to sleep on.

El Hotel me ha encantado,el sitio centrico,la habitacion genial,la limpieza excelente,la recepcionista rubia pesima,mala atención.le pregunte por la parada de autobus a pas de la casa,me miro y se fue,me contesto un cliente del hotel,aunque todo este excelente estas cosas pueden hacer que no vuelva al hotel,mas en un sitio como Andorra con una oferta hotelera considerable o se es competiitvo o se pierde,espero lo mejores por el bien de ustedes.el resto repito excelente,cafeteria limpieza

Falta de estacionamento
Uma das coisas que me fez reservar este hotel foi o fato de ter estacionamento, mas ao chegar lá, soube que não havia vaga e nem haveria para os proximos dias. Para além disse, seria pago caso houvesse. Andorra é difícil de estacionar no geral e o estacionamento privado custa super caro, portanto foi um custo extra inesperado.

Imposible dormir. Una calor inhumana a pesar de que en la calle hacia 12 grados. Habitaciones interiores que dan a un patio con maquinaria de cocida. Abrir la ventana era peor ya que todo el calor entraba de esta maquinaria . No tienes aire acondicionado. No pude dormir en toda noche. Imposible.

Habitación sin aire acondicionado, habitación interior ventanas al patio de máquinas por el calor imposible ventilar. Colchones demasiado blandos. Camas separadas que se deslizan por el suelo. Aparcamiento no incluido, necesidad de reserva previa mirar tarifa. Precio más competente por BONO en Parquing del Pavellón.

Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre sans climatisation où la fenêtre donne sur le conduit de chauffage de l'hôtel, donc une chambre non seulement sans vue, mais surtout sans ouverture pour avoir de l'air frais un jour où les températures étaient de 30°C, Nous avons envisagé de dormir la porte ouverte pour avoir de l'air mais l'insonorisation inexistante de la chambre nous a permis de profiter des allers venues nocturnes de nos voisins et du rangement des parties communes accessibles jusque tard dans la soirée/nuit, Sinon, le lit était plutôt confortable et la salle de bain propre (manquait le verre pour se laver les dents) Nous ne sommes pas sûrs pour les 4* en comparaison d'autres hôtels sur la même zone ; Nous avions hâte de partir et il faudra compter sans nous pour de futures visites
