We stayed here several times, and besides the service is always 5 stars from every staff, the room where we stayed ( B 820) needs repairs done. Skirting boards broken, lampshades needed replacing, wall damaged and in need of a fresh coat of paint. It's a shame. We love this hotel, but it does need ...

Sterile environment. Hallways were bare white. Staff not very friendly they just followed rules. We could not get a one hr early check in even though the hotel had low occupancy.
