โWe visit family in the area and enjoy the hotel and its amenities. Super clean, large room. Excellent breakfast. Staff is awesome, especially our waiter on Oct 15 and 19! I donโt know his name but he was there all day and his service was fantasic! Many thanks for a great stay!โ
โVery nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! Itโs a 5*hotel and should be done daily! The front desk ladies didnโt informed us about the WiFi password, breakfast and lunch time or to call when the room was ready for check in.
Breakfast was okay, but can be better and should have fresh food not displayed (leftovers) second day as well!โ

Personne ne parle anglais sauf ร lโaccueil.... cโest trs compliquรฉ au restaurant, au bar, ร la piscine, avec les femmes de chambres.... de plus la nourritire nโest pas variรฉe et elle est sans saveur....โ
โDoesnโt look as good as the pictures, itโs a little old and a little run down (the reception and pool area looks good however) The rooms are pretty clean (though again could be better, the bathroom plug socket for the hair dryer was frankly dangerous, but had to use it as the hairdryer to corded to the wall..so couldnโt use another socket. Our room didnโt get cleaned during our stay leaving us running out of toilet paper on day 2 (and no spare rolls in the room) there are no ironing facilities...

The view from the 13th floor was amazing. Minibar with beer and water was just good.โ
