"My stay at the Cove Hotel in St. Croix was nothing short of spectacular. The pool looks like it’s straight out of a music video — sparkling, serene, and framed by an incredible view that makes you stop and breathe it all in. The rooms were immaculate, with a classy yet modern feel, outfitted with the latest tech, from strong Wi-Fi to sleek smart TVs. Everywhere you walk, the air is filled with the delicate scent of spring jasmine, creating an atmosphere that’s both refreshing and luxurious. I travel extensively and have experienced properties all over the world, but this one immediately jumped into my list of absolute favourites. That says a lot. What truly sets the Cove apart, though, is the people behind it — the owner/operators were an absolute delight: warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure every guest has the best possible stay. If you’re looking for a property that combines breathtaking aesthetics, impeccable cleanliness, modern comfort, and heartfelt hospitality, the Cove Hotel is exactly where you want to be."
