We were not able to check-in until 4:30pm well past there 4:00pm check-in time. There is no urgency to clean the rooms in a timely manner given the 10:00am check-out. The resort grounds and views are beautiful but our room smelled like mold/mildew. We switched to another room and it smelled the same. Saw several roaches running around our room. Restaurant staff were really slow even when there was barely anyone in the restaurant. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Beautiful view overlooking the ocean. Great dining choices for the several restaurants on property. Nice pools and beautiful beach! Wonderful staff! I couldn’t ask for a better experience!
