“I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. There was no cleaning done to Room #301. I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily. One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it. We didn't touch it. We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily. No one came to the room at all. There was no bed linen change either. The room was clean when we got there. “I stayed at this property at the end of May 2026. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The amenities such as the pool and restaurant were excellent. Loved the staff; very friendly and helpful;. The location is great for peace and quiet out of the heart of the town, the views are outstanding; but it is not walkable to anywhere.”

“Good: clean room and bathroom, newer more modern feel, free breakfast with many options, great location - Not so good: very low water pressure in shower, slow sink drain, pillows were flat, not very supportive”

The facilities were clean and well kept, the resort staff were very helpful in giving us tips of how to navigate the island, and our host was very responsive when we had an issue with the a/c not cooling properly. “It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments.
