Basic. Clean. Affordable. Needs a bit of TLC... both the shower and toilet needed fixing while we stayed. To the property manager's credit they took care of it within hours. The wifi was almost non-existent. The office tried to connect my phone -it still didn't work, neither dd my wife's phone nor my laptop. Good restaurants and stores just a 2minute walk away and easy parking. Didn't get to use the pool and hot tub bot they looked OK. Was a good location for our scouting trip.

Ona Club Benavista*****

Only here for a short two night stay, but will definitely come back again. The location was perfect for us. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Welcome pack of coffee etc. was very much appreciated. The facilities, pools/gardens were beautiful & looked to be well maintained. More bars & restaurants than you could shake a stick at on the doorstep. Would highly recommend here for families, or groups of friends.

Cleanish room with a cockroach visitor one night, vary bare furnishings no water or tea /coffee in a welcome pack like we used to get. Staff offered to spray apartment. Beds like campbeds small and hard. Pool very good staff very nice and helpful.

Information sheet provided was helpful and covered many things including cleaning and Linen Changes. This was split between stays of less than 5 days, stays of 5 days and stays of more than 5 days. We stayed for 10 days and did not experience any cleaning, bedding change or towel change until the 8th day. 1 clean and linen change in this period and experienced on the last couple of days is pretty poor.

Great Little apartment. Nice balcony for breakfast. On a beautifully kept complex with lovely shared pool.Plenty of local restaurants. The address is Estepona but it is a 15 minute drive into the town. Good value for money.

The floors were filthy, so bad, couldn't walk on them without shoes. The bathtubs had been painted and it was all pealing off and rusty, didn't want to use them. The window in the bathroom is BLACK with mould. The air vents have so much dust that they are completely blocked. One of the showers was dangerous as it is positioned mid bath and makes you almost fall out the bath. There was no heating in one of the bedrooms and it was cold that week, so we had to put the beds in the livingroom. It was not furnished like in the photos. The floors needs a DEEP CLEAN and then a polish. 2 of the plug sockets did not work as the earth pins were bent. The whole experience was a 2/5 start experience. It was a place to sleep. That's about it. I will never stay with this company again.

The stay was ok, basic but functionable apartment. On arrival i had to ask for clean bedding as the pillows has hairs and the sheets were dirty. But the office manager was great, and replaced them immediately, very good service from the office manager. On our last day, cleaning staff came into the apartment at 0845 without knocking. We were still in our underwear, and the children were still sleeping. This was a bit off, as checkout isn't until 10am. They should not be entering apartment's during occupancy without knocking first.

Man får vad man betalar för. Fördelar: Ett bra pris och ett trevligt poolområde som passade oss perfekt då vi mest skulle vara på resande fot. En hel del restauranger i närheten (allt från italienskt till kinesiskt och även McDonalds). Nackdelar: Lite slitet men ändå ok. En AirCondition i hela lägenheten annars fläktar så det tog några timmar att få kylan att komma längst bort där sovrummen var, under natten var man tvungen att ha igång takfläkten för att det inte skulle bli för varmt. En sak vi läste att en annan person skrev som är bra att veta är att de har bara öppet vissa tider i receptionen, och åker man utanför dessa tider kan man lämna nyckeln på rummet och bara stänga dörren som självlåser. Men det som är viktigt är att man har kod för att komma in på området men nyckel för att komma ut??! Vet inte riktigt hur det är med säkerhet där om något skulle hända. Så de vi läste om hade lämnat nyckeln och sedan varit fast och fått klättre över ett staket med väskor och allt för att hinna med taxin. Inte helt genomtänkt.
