“객실에 들어갔더니 욕실 바닥이 세제 등으로 미끄러웠고, 변기에도 세제 거품이 남아 있었습니다. 복도와 객실 내부에도 소독약 냄새가 강하게 남아 있었고요. 또한 난방기가 고장나 추위에 떨며 잤습니다. 직원이 왔으나, 해결해줄 수 없고, 담요만 줄 수 있다는 답변만 했습니다. 왜 평점이 낮은지 알겠더군요. 리셉션 직원들도 체크인 할 때부터 귀찮은 기색이 역력했습니다. ”
“Like the other reviewers have stated this is a new property...and a very nice one. It looks more like a resort. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend and stay there again myself.”
“This was a beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delightful with lots of fresh fruits. There were two grocery stores located nearby. The hotel was located between multiple metro stops making the city easily accessible. Highly recommend.”
