โ2 star motel with 5 star service. At first glance, it looks like other motels. Look again. The grounds are well manicured, and not a piece of trash. The pool area looks like it belongs in a more expensive hotel. Everything is clean and well designed. Breakfast surpassed anything else in this price range. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. A special shout out to Courtney! All in all, an excellent stay. I have paid a lot more for less.โ
โVery convenient to everything, there were shopping, restaurants, parks, etc closed by - 3 minutes from six flags and about 7 minutes to downtown Eureka. We felt very safe and peaceful in the area, definitely will come back around this area. โ
โParking is gated. Check in was fast. Staff helpful Room was well equipped and clean. TV operated easily. Felt safe on property. Breakfast fast offering was pretty standard.โ
โEveryone at the front desk was very nice. We had a little accident while opening a bottle of pop and it exploded all over the side of the bed, but getting the change of linens and extra pillows were great. Breakfast was delicious, too! Would definitely stay again!โ
โYou should remove the swimming pool picture. That was closed permanently and when I was reserving the room there was no notice about it.
My children were very disappointed.
The breakfast was not good(less menu) compared with another same-brand hotel.
The sofa bed was horrible. Very very dirty.
But the staff was very friendly. Not recommended for the family trip.โ

โMore than met our requirements. Pool was closed for maintenance which could have caused an issue, but management arranged for use of the pool at the next-door Staybridge hotel. โ
โGreat hotel. Room was very clean as was the property in general. Check in person was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was continental. Will definitely stay here again.โ
