โLovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center.

โIt is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. โ
