"Extremely misleading and refuse to fix any issues. This is a place that obviously tries to scam travelers. We were aware of having to pay for a parking spot, but was lead to believe that it was a part of the hotel cost when we arrived at the front desk. Additionally, when we were told to park in their parking garage, there is no visible machine to pay for a spot. They hid the machine, and took me 20 minutes to find it after receiving the parking ticket. We were handed a slip of paper with the parking information in Sweedish (only English speaker) and asked for it to be put in English. They refused, but explained the ticket in English and left out that we needed to pay for the parking spot. They provided us with name of parking structure, code to the garage, and what spots to park in. They never told us that an additional charge would be needed for the parking. The machine to pay for the spot was strategically hidden in the parking structure. There are no signs that show it's location. I tried to fix this issue by going up to the front desk of the hotel, and after waiting 30 minutes for them to call managers, they simply told me that not understanding the language is not a valid excuse and they refused to do anything about it."

"At first glance I was disappointed because the room looked like a college dorm and I expected it to be noisy. I was wrong. The room was comfortable, clean, and I felt safe. A nice view of a city park looking out our window. The cafe had excellent cappuccinos and croissants. The piano music during the day was relaxing. It was a 10-25 minute walk to most places we wanted to see. I highly recommend the Social Hub."

"I came at 4 to check in because that’s what it says check in time is… they couldn’t get me in my room until 4:25 after I complained. The frame which is the restaurant inside of the hotel… customer service is horrible. No one greets you we say for a good 15 minutes before we were finally offered a drink from the bar. I paid $180 to have someone bring me champagne and macaroons with rose pedals to our room at 9am…. Didn’t come until 9:50 and we then had to rush because we had to catch a train. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Paris that I would give 10/10 this one is over priced only because of the view. It is not worth cost."

"We arrived very late, or early in the morning. Kenny, hopefully that was his name, really went out of his way to help us out finding a more convenient room. He had such a great energy and a great smile. Also, he spook Dutch, not all the staff spook the language. We came back after our second trip and helped us out again, thank goodness he was there! Thank you Kenny"

"I only stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling alone, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room had a double bed, yet only one pillow was provided. The blanket was also very small and did not properly fit the size of the bed. In addition, there was no fridge in the room and not even basic amenities like a small toothpaste were provided. Considering the price of the hotel, I expected much better service and comfort. Overall, I found the hotel overpriced for what it offered and would not recommend it."
