Bates hotel

Never stay there. The name on the hotel started with a M. No sign saying Day inn. Horrible & reminded me of the Bates hotel. Never stay and kept driving pass

Quiet, clean, has microwave & frig. It’s close to everything we needed. They have done some renovations, but they still need some work. Not all of the lamps work and fresh paint would be great. No ice machine, vending machine or coffee pot. It’s a great spot for a clean room and comfortable bed. We have stayed here multiple times.

I have never stayed at anywhere remotely as bad as this place. I took photos of the state of the room. I don’t even have words for it. Well, maybe “demolish” might begin to describe what is needed.

The room was in bad condition ceiling was falling down and cigarette burns on the bed spread mold on the shower curtains and we walked out and went down the street to Best western and got a nice room I would not recommend that Days inn to nobody

When I got to the hotel the staff informed me that they didn’t have my reservation and informed me that they couldn’t do anything to help me out. They directed me to go to a sister hotel that was 30 minutes away. Do not book

Easily the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. It was last minute but ridiculous to spend $140 on a filthy "suite" with cigarette holes in the comforters, stains on sheets, mirror busted and weird random storage closet with ulocked door. Thankful we got in late and left early so my kids could bathe. Also found a hook on my trailer hitch as of someone tried stealing my truck. Will never return

Not Staying Here Again

CONS: The hotel was dirty with bugs everywhere, the smoke detector was gone with exposed wires, pillows without pillow cases, burn holes in blankets, towel rack was broken, curtain rod was broken, plastic cups by sink were not wrapped, water made me sick to drink, mini fridge had a terrible smell in it, and the front desk person was barefoot If you respect yourself spend the little extra and stay at the Best Western in Brewton instead.

Absoletly horrible

They put us in the first room and it had no towels or even a shower curtain in bathroom. Went to office to change rooms and second room still had food in fridge. Bugs on walls and it was dirty. Went back third time and manager wasnt very helpful so we just left and found another hotel to stay in.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

AWEFUL!!!! The room smelled of smoke, the ceiling coating was falling off, there was dried pink liquid on the walls, the bed looked like it was slept in, the shower curtain rod was held up with zip ties, the exhaust fan cover was missing, tiles in the bathroom was missing, and there was damaged drywall.

Not good. Thieves work here. Don't stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Dirty. No lamp shade on the lamp. Shady front desk people. Stole my mother-in-law's credit card # and used it at the local Whataburger, while she was checking out the room and refused to stay. Took our money before we arrived and would not refund. People live here. It is NOT a Days Inn. It is NOT being remodeled. Don't do it.

My stay here was not good at all. First they had no record of my reservation. Instead of a 2 beds we got I king size. This was ok except the cover was for a full bed and had holes in it. No towels were in room. The TV would not allow you to change channels without doing something e extra to remote.

IT was so dirty I took pictures, pubic hair and mold in the sink. The refrigerator did not work and I have medication that must be kept at or below 46 degrees. mold and dirt around the bath fixtures, the bed did not have a bed skirt so the box springs were exposed and the one bed covering was small and did not cover the bed completely. Carpet needed to be cleaned and the overall room needed dusting There wasn't any washcloths and when I tried to take a shower the faucet fell off in my hand. the bed pillows were so old that they were flat and I do mean flat.,
