"Ideally located opposite the River Avon,. Lovely outlook from the front of the property overlooking park and River Avon. Check in was fine and plenty of parking to the rear. Old building which has been furnished nicely inside but could do with some external work to windows including cleaning of windows and frames. The room was adequate and the bed had a mattress protector but one of the pillows had three blood stains on which was quite concerning. The receptionist did apologise and said ti would be disposed of. Very thin duvet quilt and the old sash windows didn't block night noise so it was difficult to get to sleep. However, shower was fine and the breakfast was fresh and well cooked. "

"Bridge Farm was not easy to locate so get direct instructions from Fiona rather than rely on your sat nav! The accommodation was well equipped and comfortable- especially the large bed, pillows and linen. "

"The Lodge is quite lovely and perfectly situated in the beautiful village of Broadway, but our room was not properly readied for our arrival. The hotel is ‘unmanned’ which makes it tricky for quick resolution of issues. Our suite had been painted that day and smelled of fresh paint and the painter left a can of paint and a pizza box on the counter. The kitchen garbage had not been emptied. The wifi did not work upon arrival. Upon reporting the paint can /pizza box and wifi issues an apology was issued and housekeeping was to be alerted. I was asked to reset the router on the landing myself, which didn’t bother me. Returning from dinner two hours later the paint and pizza box and remained. I expressed my disappointment in the lack of action and have not heard a word since then. If you are looking for a hotel with service, skip the Lodge. It’s more like an Airbnb. The property and suite were fine, but the lack of guest care is a big flag. I rarely write poor reviews but the property was given a chance to fix the issues and chose not to."
