Great hotel in a very calm and picturesque locatio

Did 2 nights here as a base for a wedding nearby. Can't fault it. Shout out to the helpful staff. Thanks to Hugo, who seemed to be running the two bars and the restaurant! Also the reception staff, who had no issues helping us with a lost room key when we rolled back at 5am! I recommend the black pork off the restaurant menu.

Hard to like this place for the price.

This is not a hotel. It’s not a resort. It’s not a cottage. It’s not a bnb. It’s very weird. It will take you back to the 90’s. It’s got a unique concept that simply did not make sense to us. Our back yard opened up into a side walk that was walked passed by every person trying to access 25% of the rooms they have. It was empty when we got there so there was no proper breakfast buffet and we were offered a menu instead. There was a lot of construction going on and rooms being updated so hopefully it’ll be better soon. But the design of this place and the layout is just completely beyond my understanding considering the size of this property being as big as a small town in itself. Pictures online are very deceptive in my opinion.

The place is nice but in need of refurbishment as some of the aspects of room and the interior pool area are a little dated. The interior pool was not heated as expected and the breakfast on 1st day was not as expected as they decided to not serve the buffet and so only one member for staff to bring request to all guests ended up being a bit chaotic. Its a nice enough place but for price I think they should have done better and need a bit of upkeep.

for an eco-friendly hotel, it is strange that you can only arrive by car. No public transport options. Rooms are very spacious. Relatively not convenient the walk between the rooms and the main building (when we stayed it was very hot).

Schöne Unterkunft für wenig Geld. Poolanlage in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes, für Hotel welches nicht am Meer liegt. Hier müsste mal wieder investiert werden. Unterkunfts „Häuser“ geräumig und gut, teilweise müsste aber auch wieder renoviert werden. Frühstück sehr gut.

O hotel tem instalações muito boas e os quartos são muito confortáveis. Porém, as áreas externas estão sem manutenção, dando um aspecto de decadência. Paredes rachadas, jardim mal cuidado… completamente destoante. O atendimento dos funcionários foi muito bom, sempre atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã também muito bom.

Hotellet var ekstremt koldt og uden nogen form for service. Vi spiste aftensmad i hotellets restaurant, der ellers får fine anmeldelser, og ventede alt i alt 2 timer på 2 serveringer. Herudover kunne receptionen ikke finde vores booking, hvilket også skabte en del ventetid. Stedet ligger i smukke omgivelser, men andet positivt var der ikke at sige. Vi frøs hele natten.

The hotel is missing some very basic eco friendly initiatives… initially i booked it as had impression by the name to be an ecological hotel but totally the opposite ! changing towels every day, plastic cups everywhere etc seriously disappointing rooms are within 4walls without views ;( the pool area is ok

É um excelente hotel, mas precisa de fazer umas obras estéticas de manutenção. As zonas comuns estão muito bem, mas as casotas/quartos já devem ter visto melhores dias. No geral tudo é compensado pela excelente localização para quem quer se sentir próximo à natureza e a pela disponibilidade de duas piscinas.

Getaway from the pandemic

It was a lovely weekend during the pandemic time. One can tell the hotel staff has adjusted well to new safety norms but some bits were slightly still in need of attention. Specially during meal times that had buffet option where guests depended solely on the waiters behind the food and beverage choices to serve, and lines formed with more than 5 people waiting. Considering that there is time scheduled for breakfast this was a bit of a disappointment. Nevertheless, it was also the staff that made the experience extremely nice and sweet, always trying to overcome any particular issue with kindness and politeness, some fun sharing of experiences and local knowledge of places to visit and where to buy delicacies.

Definitely going back.

The resort is located in the most beautiful area right outside Évora. A vibrant, historical city with great gastronomy and warm people. A retreat from busy days or simply a romantic getaway, this resort is perfect for both occasions.

Calmo e tranquilo o pessoal é atencioso para quem gosta de campo é muito agradável, quem gosta de cidade é longe do centro , o pequeno almoço é satisfatório outras refeições são caras é muito pobres e repetitivas (é sempre a mesma lista) às instituições tem falta de manutenção (quarto 25 televisão do quarto sem imagem de qualidade a luz da entrada fundida )
