"Checking in was convenient. Staff was very attentive - provided us with clean and fresh towels in a very timely manner whenever we requested. Parking was easy once you figure out where the entrance is. Hotel was conveniently located in the middle of everything in Waikīkī - everything was pretty much walking distance from the hotel. The hotel and room itself felt pretty luxurious. Only thing that we didn’t really like was the small bathroom sinks. Otherwise, highly recommend! "

"I really didn't appreciate going up 3 floors from where I was staying to get ice because machines weren’t working, hot tube was not even hot, we also saw a bed bug by our beds and not being told that “public parking” is actually outside street parking where you have to go circles looking for a spot. Other then that I did enjoy the complementary breakfast."
