โPriscilla at the front desk was friendly and SUPER helpful. When we had inadvertently booked a 1 King room but needed 2 Queens she quickly upgraded us to an available room at no extra charge! We were also able to get a light bulb replaced and sink clog fixed in mere minutes. All staff super helpful and accommodating. Well done!โ
