"Expedia should make clear that the hotel will insist on a significant extra payment at check-in as deposit for incidentals. This affected our budget. I've never before been at a hotel where it's so difficult to get the room cleaned. Had to ask multiple times before ours was. The hotel's knowledge about whether their so-called accessible rooms had walk-in showers was poor. Their systems obviously did not have accurate information and my wife and I ended up in 3 different rooms in 24 hours while this was resolved. Beware the addition of an extra charge for parking! I only noticed because I checked the bill and pointed out we did not have a car. Not a hotel I would return to."

"I’m sure this was a great Hampton Inn at one point in time. The suite was huge but you could tell that the bathroom needs a renovation really badly. Not the cleanest carpets. The beds were very comfortable and clean. I tried using the iron and it was sticky. Thank goodness I tried ironing something else first or it would’ve ruined my dress. Same thing with the ironing board- the lock for the legs were broken so I had to place it on the desk and improvise. The kitchenette sink was gross. Breakfast area was also not clean. You could tell that it wasn’t maintained well. It was just okay. Breakfast was typical. Nothing to write home about. The best part was that I slept well there despite the misgivings. Maybe because I was so tired after 12-14 hours on my feet."

"The AC is SO loud. The property could be really cool if it was renovated a bit. Great location, great view, comfy bed and location but random things located in the hallway, rickety elevator and like I said the AC woke us up every hour. "
