“The property had a sign that said American inn so though were at the wrong place. Maybe just a sign on the front door would have been helpful. Than when we checked out breakfast was supposed to be at 5:30 there was no one at the front desk and nothing set up we waited until 6:00 set the key on the counter and left no one was at the desk. Maybe a note if they had to leave for an emergency or something would have been nice never will stay there again ”

“Room was clean but dated. 1990 wallpaper boarder and Kelly green colored comforters. Bed was pretty worn out. Breakfast was typical hotel full breakfast. Waffles, powder eggs and sausage. They didn’t hold a first floor room for my 95yo mother and the elevator is an afterthought - cumbersome to use so we had to pay extra for the handicapped room to have her on the first floor. That should have been given to us at the booked rate. ”

“The overall property was top notch, the staff at check in was excellent, the room was very nice. After I checked in I went to use the bathroom in our room before we went out to eat, I lifted the toilet seat and almost gaged. Urine had fermented in the toilet and made the bathroom smell so terrible that we didn't use the bathroom for a few hours. My daughter requested a hotel with a hot tub for her birthday, she just wanted to relax, so I looked for the best rated hotel with a hot tub....

“It was a very nice room. It was easy to get to off the highway. The staff was very friendly. It was nice having a little kitchenette, although we didn’t really use it for much.”

“The whole building smelled clean when we walked in, so that was encouraging. However there was no heat in the room and it was chilly out. But by the time we realized the room wasn't heating we were unpacked and in our pajamas. We dealt with it but weren't happy about it. “No hot tub on site. Pool area seemed clean but we did not swim. The breakfast was sufficient with kind staff that continuously tidied up. The lobby and eating area were very clean. Beds were firm, the room was in good condition, no in-room coffee maker but available if asked. Would stay again. Happy customers.”
