"It was great hotel and centrally located. They had a bar and music outside on their large back lawn with a view of Lake Erie. We were able to walk to Erie Insurance Center for our concert. Wished we had tried the restaurant on the top floor but we will definitely be back to do that!"

"The front desk staff were great. However, we stayed three nights but didn't get any visits from the cleaning staff. Also, the pool was a bit dirty with visible dirt on the bottom and an unusual amount of hair."

"The room had pubic hair in the bathroom and the front desk guy that checked us in was not friendly or helpful at all. Didn’t point out where the elevators were, didn’t explain breakfast or even breakfast times. For $200 a night it should have been so much better."
