I loved the bar and restaurant on site. The coffee maker in my room was not working the attendant got it replaced for me. All staff was very nice and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was top notch they can subtract the parsley for me. Other than that I had a wonderful long weekend.

Beautiful and accommodating hotel. Food was amazing, room was very clean, great views, and amazing pool.

Great property within walking distance to most attractions in the area.

This property was conveniently located to Lakewood Amphitheatre and allowed pets to stay at no charge which I think is awesome! The pool area was under construction during my stay so I was unable to utilize it. Beware if you’re using a third party booking service because you will not get the same perks offered on the hotel website. I was under the impression that my AAA membership perks of free parking would be honored during my stay since it is advertised on their website without any stipulation but that was not the case. There were some cosmetic issues with the room I stayed in that I made the staff aware of so I would not be charged for the damages. There were not any rooms available for me to switch to so I stayed in my original room. The staff I encountered, Key, Antoine, and another young lady whose name is escaping me were nice.
