"Only complaint was that we were charged for a bottled water that we did not drink. Called hotel after we got our credit card statement and was told that the charge for the bottled water would be credited back to our credit card, but the credit did not happen."

"We weren't sure what to expect as this was our first trip to Nashville. We quickly found out the location was excellent. Free shuttle to Broadway was an amazing perk! The surrounding area had restaurants we could walk to, and we found e-bikes by the roundabout that we toured all over Nashville's attractions. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Suite was clean and well equipped. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property."

"Be sure and reserve your parking place, it did not state that in making the reservation And when I happen to ask another question right before we arrived, I did ask where we should park and they said their parking was full and referred us to a Pay parking lot that was a couple of blocks away, I was not going to pay for parking again so we had to park on the street a few blocks away and walk back to the room, I was not pleased. Everything else was great!"

"Very nice hotel but I think they could have had coffee and water for guest in morning instead of having to pay for coffee plus no breakfast for the price you pay . Plus the valet parking is very expensive and the hotel charges 30%of room total for incidentals"
