"The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. Check-in went smoothly and we were offered a nice beverage upon arrival. The room is spacious and very clean with many of the necessary amenities. "Loved the access to outdoor activities, excellent food, and friendly owner and staff!"

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"The stay at Hotel Edelweiss was, simply put, perfect! Along with an extremely courteous staff, the hotel offers so many options that make your stay wonderful. They have a fantastic breakfast/restaurant, gym, sauna, locker room, and it’s very close to the lifts in Zurs. I will absolutely stay here again!"

"Wonderful property. I wish we could have stayed longer. Just know that there are no elevator and we were on the top floor, 3 story high but the place is beautiful and nicely equipped. I would come back to it and recommend it. "
