"I was not happy with my stay at all. Will not be staying there ever again. Your system would not accept my bank card that I had been using all that day. I had to come up with $250 cash in order to check in. The door key stopped working several times. The door kept gettng stuck and was too hard to open or close. When I requested another room with a working door I was told none were available. I was unable to take the grandkids swimming because the pool was closed for cleaning the whole 4 days I...

"The sofa was really dirty !"

"The room clean. But carpet was so dirty and musty rooms.The breakfast not much to choose from.. The air cool. Good. A big gap on bottom of door. And key insert loose. The staff put us in another room. Very,very understanding and helpful.. price was great!!!!"

"Main window curtain had tears in it, door didn’t completely seal (light was visible around the edge. I had no hot water the first night; this was remedied the next day. I had to move the microwave oven from the night table to its proper place above the mini fridge. I also had to plug in and set the alarm clock. Also, due to the close proximity of the highway, I heard big diesel trucks as they passed all night. No coffee or coffee maker available."

"All the rooms were just damp. The carpet was damp and uncomfortable to walk on. Everything was just a bit dirty really. Otherwise the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was good. It was quiet and comfortable, apart from the dampness. I think the AC was making the room damp, because on the last day we were hearing it dripping."
