"The hotel itself was great, food was great. We had an issue where we had no working lights in our room of an evening and were given no solution. Duty manager has offered a refund but as of today, no one has contacted me despite me calling and emailing daily since checking out on 14/07/2025."

"Beautiful little place to stay. In the very heart of Falmouth. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Both hosts could not have been more helpful, very friendly and welcoming. Falmouth is a cool city with lots of college students and other young adults who provide a lot of color and energy. Good food, buskers, and cute shops. Falmouth Week was particularly fun.
