โThis hotel is a characterful gem. Relaxed vibe. The guy running the hotel is very friendly and if you have any issue or request you can whatsapp him rather than going to reception, which I found super convenient. I wish more hotels did that! Tip: Buy bottled water for drinking as hot water mixes in with the cold tap. โ

Only stayed one night so commenting on breakfast. Itโs ground floor light airy space or sit outside. Choice of cereals, breads, pastries etc. plus great menu of cooked food. I wasnโt going to have anything hot but I was persuaded and it was made up of what I like and perfect. โ
โShort drive to Viking bay, room is spaces and have everything you need. Right on the pub with good food and service - shopping mall across the main road โ
โExcellent hotel. Everything is well laid out and perfectly furnished from the elegant bathrooms to the welcoming rooms. Even the stairs are perfect with their quality wooden flooring. The whole building has a good feel to it.
All the staff were superb. Warm, welcoming and helpful.
The voucher for a cocktail in the basement bar was a delightful surprise. The basement bar with its Saturday DJ may be catering for the younger generation, but it was great fun, even for us with only few grey hairs...

Shenandoah House about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is close to local shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also within walking distance to the Turner Gallery and Dreamland.
Our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely return.

โSehr guter Stopp etwas auรerhalb von Margate. Anmeldung im Pub. Die Zimmer sind รผber dem Pub, aber ab 22 Uhr war alles ruhig. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit zwei Betten. Die Dusche war hervorragend, und die Handtรผcher waren auch klasse. Alles pieksauber. Der Pub macht mittwochs bis samstags Abendessen. Dienstag ist Bingoabend. Das (kostenlose) Internet war ultraschnell. Margate hat viel mehr zu bieten als ich erwartet hรคtte. Ich komme wieder. โ

โI booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....
