"Nice clean spacious apartment with lovely staff. Clean towels every day, more cooking equipment given when asked. A 10 min easy walk to beach. Only two things I missed, a safe and the Wi-Fi was a bit temperamental.

"Superb support staff. High praise for front desk personnel, especially Elena and Stefan. Great breakfast buffet and the globally represented dining staff, including ladies from Punjab and the Philippines and te young man from Afghanistan.
Hotel is close to the fine Perides museum, a 12 minute from St Lazarus cathedral and , at most, 8 minutes from a beautiful beach. Excellent location with nearby grocery and laundry service. "

"The property is functional and comfortable. I appreciated the in room AC and mini fridge. Right around the corner are restaurants and the town market and shops for basic needs. The beach is a 6 minute walk and St Lazarus is about 6 minutes in the other direction. The location is really fantastic. The breakfast is also amazing - delicious and hearty with great protein and coffee options.

"Cute little place just a few minutes’ walk from the center of the city. Lovely host who personally makes sure you are comfortable. The only complaint would be that one side of the hotel looks out on a rundown apartment building. Also the pool on the roof is really small, which is hard to tell from the photos. "

They looked like genuine bad reviews but looks at some of the highest brands and they have bad reviews.
In conclusion. The room was clean good and modern ( some reviews said the rooms were old )
The reception staff are let's say neutral but understand how stressful it can be to stand at the reception and have to deal with every single complaint including holidays booked on websites that have nothing to do with the hotel. There is one nationality that can be extremely aggressive and are not liked in the tourist industry and they'll have to put up with that as well. All other staff were friendly and the most BEAUTIFUL staff were the 3 waitresses that worked at the entrance and served dinner. As we had half board that includes dinner we ate every night there. These waitresses were like angels they were completely little sweeties that had one goal to serve you and make sure every last detail was correct. They would do anything to make sure the customer was happy. They were always smiling and positive. You could not get better service at the Hilton hotel.... Lovely lovely staff. I was happy with the very clea and modern rooms. 2 shower attachment. One in the ceiling and the other on a hose. A good safe. Coming from London all my life I have grown up with Cypriots and coming to Cyprus made me remember what little sweeties cypriots people can be. Love to the sun hall hotel "
