"Our room was very nice and clean. Staff gave us a better view for my girlfriend’s birthday. The only thing that messed up the trip is they misplaced my girlfriend’s temporary ID and never found it. "

"No hot water and while there was a note slid under my door at sometime, still that isn't a good reason to be glib about the fact that there was no hot water. I get that things happen, but it was disappointing."

"No microwave in the room, had to pay for wifi, pool was smaller then expected. Didn't have a wow experience 😕"
