"I greatly appreciated the upgrade to the room immediately. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable! The amenities in the room were wonderful. Fantastic toiletries, robe, slippers, and an assortment of tea’s coffees and a couple of biscuits. (Cookies for Americans :)) After being in the UK for three weeks, I greatly appreciated the amazing air-conditioning in the room for my last night stay!! There was a nice lively restaurant open late as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time for breakfast."

The bathroom felt a little tired in design and condition but was very clean and well kept. Despite proximity to the runway at Heathrow there was no noticeable noise whatsoever. Highly recommended. Very highly recommended when considering the price."
