“Place is elegant and formal. The setting is very nice, and the waterfalls are beautiful.
There are a lot of staff, and many are just standing around or looking at their computer.
Just not a lot of people going out of their way to make sure that you are delighted with your stay.
I got there a little early and was made to wait in the lobby until check in time (which was fine), but then told it was going to be "another hour" for my room to be ready, and then, after some staff discussions,...

“Best hotel we stayed at in Ireland, hands down. Clean, great gym and pool. Delicious breakfast and lovely staff. The room was very cool, nicely designed. They also gave us a take away pack with croissants and fruit for our drive the next morning. Really cute and highly recommend.”
