I really wanted to like this hotel because there is a lot to like. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help whenever we had an issue.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning failed on multiple days. It was repaired once, only to fail again, leaving the room around 27°C, which made it very difficult to sleep. Staff confirmed that the hotel-wide AC system was experiencing issues and that many guests had complained. The hotel was fully booked, so moving to another room was not an option, although I am not sure how true this was for the first night. The Wi-Fi was also inconsistent.
If the AC and Wi-Fi are working, I imagine this is an excellent place to stay. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot rate it higher.
