“Despite the common areas being lovely and warm Room 225 was very cold, the electronic thermostat in the room would not increase the temperature for long if at all and apparently seems to be controlled by the reception / management. Only one lift for a large hotel seems poor. You need to drop off your bags from the car at the entrance as otherwise there are steps to negotiate from the car park. The bar restaurant is frankly very poor in terms of noise and quality of food which arrived so quickly that it was obviously not freshly cooked and was pretty tasteless.
